We are currently offering 2 unique trips through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park on the Cuyahoga River.
Brecksville Trip
4-mile paddling trip on the Cuyahoga River Water trail though heart of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This is a 1.5 – 2 hour paddle that launches from the Brecksville Station and finishes at Fitzwater road in Valley View. Chose to do this fun filled river adventure with an experienced river guide or independently as a self-guided river trip. **Please note- the river is not maintained and fallen trees and other river hazards may be present. We recommend the guided tour for any inexperienced paddlers. **
We offer both single and tandem kayak rentals. We require all participants to be at least 8 years old. Ages 8-13 must be in a tandem kayak with an adult. 14-17 may use single kayaks. Anyone under 18 must have a consenting adult participating in the tour. 2 person minimum.
Peninsula Trip
7-mile paddling trip for experienced paddlers on the Cuyahoga River Water trail through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This is a 2.5 – 3 hour paddle that launches from the Northampton Point in Cuyahoga Falls and finishes at Sycamore Bend in Peninsula.
For self-guided tours – we offer single kayak rentals only. We require all participants to be at least 14 years old. Anyone under 18 must have a consenting adult participating in the tour. 2 person minimum.
24 Hour Advance Reservations Required. All trips must be off the water 1/2 hour before sunset.
Northeast Ohio offers some of the best kayak fishing in the country. Join one of our guides on this river cruise as an optional guided fishing tour. **State of Ohio fishing license required (not provided)** Rod rentals may be provided upon request(**additional fees apply**)
